How to Reset Your ERP Password

Follow the steps below to reset your JECRC ERP password using your registered email address and OTP verification.

🌐 ERP Portal › Forgot Password › Generate OTP › Validate OTP › ✅ New Password Set

Phase 1 Access the Portal

Visit the JECRC ERP Portal and open the login page.

Click on Forgot Password.

Select Password and then choose Email.

Phase 2 OTP Verification

Enter your registered email address.

Click Show, then click Generate OTP.

📬 Check your registered email inbox — and your spam/junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Enter the OTP received on your registered email and click Validate OTP.

Phase 3 Set New Password

Create a new strong password that meets all of the requirements below:

Password must include:

Minimum 10 characters One uppercase letter (A–Z) One lowercase letter (a–z) One number (0–9) One special character (@, #, $, %, etc.)

Confirm the new password and click Submit.

✅ Your password has been reset successfully. Keep it in a safe place.

💡 Tip: Make sure you have access to your registered email inbox before starting. OTPs are time-sensitive — validate it promptly after receiving.
