How to Apply Student OD (On Duty) in ERP

Use the steps below to submit your OD request for specific lectures or full days through the JECRC ERP portal.

Phase 1 Login & Navigate

Login to your ERP account using your student credentials.

Navigate to Academic → Student Related.

Click on the 9 dots (menu icon) on the left side of the screen.

Select "OD Apply by Student".

Phase 2 Fill OD Application Details

Select your OD / Leave Type:

📌 Normal OD — For Specific Lectures
Select when OD is required for specific lecture(s) on a single day. Choose the particular lecture(s) for that date.
📅 Special OD — Full Day(s)
Select when OD is required for full day(s). Choose the From Date and To Date accordingly.

Fill in the remaining form fields:

OD / Leave Date / From Date To Date (Special OD) OD Leave Category Reason for Leave Upload supporting document (if applicable)

Phase 3 Submit

Click on Submit to successfully apply for OD.

✅ A confirmation will appear on screen once your OD request is submitted successfully.

💡 Tip: Ensure your dates and lecture selections are correct before submitting. For Normal OD, double-check the specific lecture slots you've selected.
